Simulated Accident / Docu -Drama
On Tuesday, April 14th, the LHS students will be participating in a Docu-Drama that involves a SIMULATED accident scene with real vehicles and real students acting as injured students. This will involve First Responders and possibly even Life Flight. If you see or hear any of this going on at the high school around 9:00 a.m. please do not be alarmed. Let us know if you have any questions!
Thank You Voters!
A big thank you to everyone who turned out to vote at Tuesday's election! Largest voter turn-out in quite a while! The bond issue for the stadium complex passed with a 66% yes vote! Thanks for the vote of confidence on that as well! You won't be disappointed!
Matt Holsted and Robin Douglas were the two winners in the board candidate election. David Keel our third candidate was a close 3rd. Thanks to all three of you for volunteering! We appreciate it!
We hope you know by now that on April 7th we will vote on whether or not to build new athletic fields at the high school location including a football field, an 8 lane track, a baseball field, a softball field and a fieldhouse. We will also be voting for two board members to help lead our school district. Click on the title for voter registration and absentee ballot information.
The right of every person to vote is one of the most important principles of our democracy! Make sure your voice is heard on April 7th, as well as in all upcoming elections! Don’t miss out on any opportunity to exercise your right!
